there needs to be a setting or an update so that the AI agent can recognise phonetic spelling for places names (we are UK based so this is a big struggle at the moment with our clients) - the advanced Pronunciation Dictionary, in my experience, doesn't really work for UK place names with strange pronunciations and it is also to finicky enter hundreds of place names individually.

I have tried adding it as a doc or rich text in the knowledge base but that doesn't really work either so need something to help make it a bit better at pronunciations
