The current Outlook calendar integration only synchronizes basic appointment data (date, time, title, notes). Attachments and links are not synchronized, especially when the user is not the organizer. This leads to incomplete appointment data in HighLevel and makes it difficult for teams to view all relevant information.
Desired functionality/solution:
Fully synchronize Outlook appointment attachments (PDF, Word, Excel, images) and links to HighLevel, regardless of who the organizer is.
Possible opt-in per user or per appointment.
Retain existing notes and appointment data.
Advantage:
Teams have all relevant context immediately available in HighLevel.
Reduces manual actions and user frustration.
Improves the reliability of calendar integration and the overall user experience.
