As CRM databases and operations scale, accounts end up with dozens of Smart Lists. The top navigation bar becomes cluttered, making it time-consuming for team members to navigate, find, and segment contacts effectively.
Feature Request:
Introduce a hierarchical structure: Sub-lists (Parent/Child Smart Lists) or Smart List Folders with inherited filters.
How it should work:
  • Filter Inheritance: The parent list defines the core macro filters (e.g., Status, Pipeline, or Lifecycle stage). Child sub-lists automatically inherit those parameters and only apply additional granular criteria.
  • Clean UI: Selecting a parent Smart List opens a secondary sub-tab row or a dropdown displaying only its related sub-lists.
Use Case Example:
  • Parent List: Active Customers (Tag: "Customer" + Status: "Active")
↳ Sub-list 1: High-Ticket Active Customers (LTV / Value > $5,000)
↳ Sub-list 2: Active Customers - No Activity in 30+ Days
↳ Sub-list 3: Active Customers - Assigned to User A
Value & Impact:
  • Reduces UI clutter and scrolling across dozens of horizontal tabs.
  • Speeds up daily sales and support workflows.
  • Ensures filter consistency without having to rebuild base filters across multiple standalone lists.
