I know you’ve already enabled some SIP trunking, but it would be a huge improvement if you also enabled Elastic SIP Trunking. I use AI voice platforms like Retell AI, Synthflow, Vapi, Bland, and others, and the number one request from every client is the ability to connect their LC phone number directly to these platforms.

The benefit is clear:

Clients wouldn’t need to go through A2P approval again.

They wouldn’t need to pay for multiple call providers.

Everything could be managed in one place—HighLevel—making it simpler, more efficient, and ultimately cheaper for everyone.

Right now, we can do normal SIP trunking, but without Elastic SIP, we can’t connect LC numbers to platforms like Retell, Vapi, or other AI voice providers. This is why calls can’t be placed directly from them.

This is a must-have feature. Please allow us to connect our LC phone numbers outside of the platform through Elastic SIP.
