At the moment, there does not appear to be a way to specify which Facebook Page the reply came from when using the Customer Replied trigger. This becomes difficult for agencies or sub-accounts managing multiple Facebook Pages under the same account.
It would be very helpful if the trigger included a filter such as:
Facebook Page
Page ID
Source Page Name
This would allow workflows and automations to run based on replies from a specific Facebook Page instead of relying on workarounds like tags, custom fields, or separate sub-accounts.
