Upon setting up a subaccount, it would be great if we could choose to require the client enter their billing information so that we can charge them automatically for rebilled usages charges.

I want clients to set up their own billing information for rebilling, not based on the information I collected for services. If they don't set it up, they don't have access to re-billed services, and the card linked to my agency is not charge...
