Number Selector: Consistent Caller ID Across SMS & Voice

We need the ability for ALL users—whether they can view every contact or only their assigned records—to be able to select the outgoing phone number for calls, just as they can already select the number for SMS. This guarantees that each contact sees the same caller ID for both text and voice, regardless of which team member initiates the communication. Simply assigning numbers to users is not sufficient because then a user calling CA, TX, CT, and OH contacts would always be calling from the same phone number and that would not align with what number sent an sms.
