New Create QR Code generator feature

Add the ability to add UTM fields to the QR Code URL. Have the fields broken out into separate fields and a button to add additional UTM fields to append to the base URL. This would help keep things more manageable.
- Base URL to use "https://www.somewebstie.com:"
- newUTM field added "utm_source", "open"
- newUTM field added "utm_campaign", "website-special"
Add as many UTM fields as you need to append to the base URL. This is much more manageable then manually writing the URL's each time. This will allow you to see what UTM names and values you are using at a glance.
The resulting URL would read something like this.

QR Code Redirects + Deep Links
N
Nathan Goss
A QR Code should be able to be scanned and send someone to a different site based on what device they are using.
This is very meaningful for apps. e.g. The url takes you to a website on a computer, the Apple Store on iOS, the the Play store on Android. *note: when you are creating a QR code it is helpful to think of it as both a link shortener and scannable link.
After with redirects based on device, then we should be able to add deep links to specific pages inside apps.
