I want to have a morning of the appt day reminder sent to leads at 8am but only if the appointment is after 11am, so if its not it can skip ahead to the 1 hour reminder instead. However I cant put a wait until am unless because now that second filter is gone and I cant have an if/else because only appt start date and not time is available for the if/else conditions.
