I’d love to see GoHighLevel introduce a native attendance and membership eligibility tracking system.

Members could check in at the front desk using a QR code or iPad kiosk, and GHL would automatically:

• Log attendance at the contact level

• Validate membership status and class eligibility (day/time/program)

• Prevent check-ins for inactive, expired, or ineligible memberships

• Track attendance gaps over time

• Trigger automated “we missed you” messaging and reminders after configurable periods of absence

This would be extremely valuable for martial arts schools, gyms, studios, and any membership-based business where attendance, retention, and compliance matter.
