HighLevel needs a single inventory system that works everywhere a sale happens.

Right now, inventory isn’t truly connected across:

Multiple locations (stores, warehouses, vehicles, reps)

eCommerce orders

Invoices / estimates

In-person or manual sales

This leads to overselling, manual tracking, and businesses relying on outside tools.

What would fix this:

Inventory quantities by location

Real-time sync across eCommerce, invoices, and manual sales

Optional lot / batch tracking

Expiration dates with alerts and FIFO / FEFO logic

Transfers between locations

This is especially important for restaurants, food & beverage, supplements, wholesale, service businesses with stocked vehicles, and multi-location brands.

Bottom line: if a product is sold anywhere in HighLevel, inventory should update automatically—by location, by lot, and with expiration awareness.

This would be a foundational improvement to GHL’s commerce platform.
