Multi-Location Inventory with Lot & Expiration Tracking (eCommerce + Invoices + In-Person Sales)

HighLevel needs a single inventory system that works everywhere a sale happens.
Right now, inventory isn’t truly connected across:
Multiple locations (stores, warehouses, vehicles, reps)
eCommerce orders
Invoices / estimates
In-person or manual sales
This leads to overselling, manual tracking, and businesses relying on outside tools.
What would fix this:
Inventory quantities by location
Real-time sync across eCommerce, invoices, and manual sales
Optional lot / batch tracking
Expiration dates with alerts and FIFO / FEFO logic
Transfers between locations
This is especially important for restaurants, food & beverage, supplements, wholesale, service businesses with stocked vehicles, and multi-location brands.
Bottom line: if a product is sold anywhere in HighLevel, inventory should update automatically—by location, by lot, and with expiration awareness.
This would be a foundational improvement to GHL’s commerce platform.

Can we please have the capability to send out Inventory Reports to our HL Users in Custom Reports. We want this so we can choose the timeline of the report and list Inventory Sales per Item (Classification) and the Stock levels still left by SKU Number etc.

Update quantity on hand via form to account for restocking. The stock room should not have access to the entire payments module.
