It would be very useful for GoHighLevel to display the image or video (thumbnail) of the Instagram story to which a user replied.

Currently, when someone replies to a story, the text message appears correctly in the Conversations module, but there is no visual reference to indicate which story the person responded to.

This makes it difficult for sales or marketing teams to understand the context of the customer's message, especially when several campaigns or promotions are running simultaneously in stories.

Other platforms (such as Kommo or B2Chat) already show a small preview of the story within the chat, using the data that Instagram sends along with the message.

👉 Adding this feature would allow:

Identify what story or product each message comes from.

Respond in a faster and more personalized way.

Make much better use of the interactions that come from Instagram stories.
