Most time-consuming with GHL websites: FONTS & PADDING edits

What I've been finding to be the most time-consuming when designing websites in GHL.
1 FONTS: Is changing the fonts (heading type, size, and color).
2 PADDING: And then the second most time-consuming is having to change the default Padding with every Section down to Element or Button.
Can someone please share their experiences on how to properly change the default padding settings? Any Custom CSS, please. So that every Section down to the Elements has the exact same padding values. For example, I want:
- All Sections (Desktop)–Top/Bottom=80 and Left/Right=0
- All Sections (Mobile)–Top/Bottom=48 and Left/Right=16
- All Columns-Plain–Top/Bottom=0 and Left/Right=15
- All Column-card style–Top/Bottom=32 and Left/Right=28
SPACING between elements-bottom margin only. Never padding.
- Eyebrow = 8
- H1 = 20
- H2 = 16
- H3 = 8
- Paragraph = 16
- Paragraph immediately before a button = 28
- Button = 16
- The last element in any column = 0 (this I would have to change manually, I believe, every time).
IDEA: If GHL can design (using the attached PNG) a way to have the ability SITE-WIDE or PAGE-WIDE (for customization) to change the default PADDING values to our liking before we start designing our sites. Between change every font and padding PX, it's take so much time to do. I even tried using AI to go from an H2 to Paragraph - couldn't do it.
