I agree this would be fantastically useful. Not sure how whitelabeling would work. Probably needs to involve a chrome extension (and extensions for other browser engines- webkit, gecko) but those could be at least grey labeled and maybe an addon for a white labeled extension like the app and zapier addons

Brian Del Terzo I’d agree that it would be out of scope for a CRM company like HubSpot. Buuuuuut because of our SaaS, we’re receiving tons of support requests that are pretty vague… “payments don’t work” or whatever. We have to go back and forth through email or jump on a call to figure out what they’re even talking about. If we had a loom type feature built in, we could make that a required part of the support request process without asking them to get yet another software for their team. So I see it less of a CRM feature and more of an agency management/support feature. Either way, appreciate the support!
