Global Settings for SMS Message Send Times

Please enable a global setting that makes it so none of my sub accounts can send text messages after 8pm. Having to update the settings on every single workflow is a major hassle, and very easy to forget. I am incredibly concerned about the compliance surrounding messages after 8pm, and it would be greatly appreciated if you can create a global setting, that way we can rest assured that no leads are texted outside of legal hours. Thank you.
