On the contact page, when clicking the Payment icon (to view transactions or invoices), it loads within the same page. The icon currently shown is the “open in new tab” style icon, but it does not behave that way. This is confusing because the visual cue suggests a new window will open, but it replaces the contact page instead.
I would like to request that whenever we click to view transactions/invoices (or any right-hand side tabs like this), the system opens it in a new window/tab rather than replacing the contact page.
Often we want to reference payment history while still staying in the contact record (to message, tag, update pipeline stage, etc.). Right now, we lose the context of the contact and must click back to reload their page, which slows down workflow and creates unnecessary clicks.
