While I appreciate that we can edit snippets when sharing individual prospecting reports, I'd like to propose adding the capability to customize our default template to share the Prospecting report. This would help us:

-Maintain brand consistency across all outgoing reports

-Save time by starting from pre-approved messaging

-Ensure best practices are built into our default templates

Current workflow:

-We edit each snippet manually at the time of sharing

-No way to save these edits as new defaults

Suggested solution:

-Add a template management section

-Allow admins to set/modify default snippets

-Preserve the ability to override during sharing.

Benefits:

✅ Reduced repetitive editing

✅ More consistent communications

✅ Faster sharing process
