I just found out after working on a product launch for 30 days that your AI agent has a limit of 10 MCP, or basically only 10 things to do..without the ability to upgrade or waive the limit, which you had done before! That's just wrong! Thats a huge disappointment and certainly not revealed when you are signing up or purchasing the product!

That is a significant misrepresentation of the product's ability to be used most effectively…If you wanted to charge more, that would be acceptable, but not to allow it at all?? When people like ourselves purchased the product and designed use cases for it?

That is just wrong! If you want to make it clear for new people moving forward what they are purchasing and can plan accordingly...that would be fine... this is not!
