The issue: Currently, there is no way to automatically update opportunity fields with custom values, such as task-related data, while this feature is available for contact records. 🚧
Real-world example: In real estate, brokers often need to track opportunities based on the due dates of tasks associated with them. For instance, when a task is created, the system should automatically update the "Next Follow-Up Date" in the opportunity to reflect the task's due date. This updated date would then appear in the pipeline, ensuring a seamless and efficient follow-up process. 📅
Proposed solution: Enable automation that allows the system to automatically update opportunity fields using task-related custom values, just like it does for contact records. This would not only save time but also improve the flow of information, ensuring brokers can easily stay on top of their follow-ups and manage opportunities more effectively. ✅
By implementing this, we can enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual input, and ensure all data is up-to-date and aligned across tasks and opportunities.

Thanks for suggesting Israa. I think this is an important update. I like the automation idea, but also, please also make this possible for manual sales follow-up in the back-end too for managing general sales opportunity
