We need Enhanced Document Privacy & Access Controls enabled for our agency/sub-account. We need to securely deliver insurance application PDFs to contacts using OTP-protected document links. Agency View → Settings → Labs currently shows “No features found.” Can you confirm whether this feature is available for our plan/account and enable access if eligible?
