GHL seems to detect new Google reviews late quite often. Eventually the review shows up but the date stamp from Google on when the review was posted shows accurately on the Reviews List. This means that often an auto response is generated several days after the review is posted. My request would be for the dev's to look at this process to see if new Google reviews could be detected on a more timely basis.
