I think it would be helpful for a variety of reasons to be able to "Designate" a Sub-Account as your Agency Sub-account. I know you can do this to some degree with SaaS V2, which is a HUGE step in the right direction, but I think having full functionality and integration within your Agency Sub-account(s) is crucial.
This would include the ability to see outbound system emails in conversations tab, add System Emails Custom Values into emails & SMS messages, and also trump the weird issue where Gmail-integrated inbound responses do not show in Conversations if the sender is a user in the agency.
