Description: Currently, data export in GoHighLevel requires navigating through individual sections of the CRM to manually gather data, which is time-consuming and inefficient. To enhance reporting capabilities, I am requesting the addition of a consolidated data export option alongside an API integration that would enable data to be pushed directly to Looker Studio and Google Sheets. This feature would empower users to generate streamlined, customized reports without manual intervention.
Proposed Solution:
Single CSV Export Option: Offer a consolidated CSV export tool in the reporting dashboard where users can select and export key data points in a single file. The CSV export should cover:
AI Chat Bot Interactions: Total interactions, response times, escalations, and resolution metrics.
Email Performance: Key metrics such as sent, delivered, bounced, complaints, unsubscribed, opened, clicked-through, and failed emails.
Contacts Created: New contacts with segmentation options (e.g., source, tags).
Form Submissions: Submission counts, form performance, and conversion metrics.
Landing Page Traffic: Sessions, unique visitors, bounce rates, and conversion data.
Automated API Integration:
Looker Studio Integration: Provide an API that enables GoHighLevel data to feed directly into Looker Studio, allowing users to create real-time, dynamic visual reports.
Google Sheets Integration: Allow users to connect GoHighLevel data to Google Sheets via an API, enabling real-time data syncing for those who prefer spreadsheet-based reporting.
Scheduled and Customizable Exports: Enable scheduled exports, either as CSV files or via API syncs, so users can receive regular data updates daily, weekly, or monthly. Allow customization of exported data with filters such as date range, specific campaigns, or user-defined segments.
