Claude > GHL WORKFLOW AUTOMATIONS (WRITE)

Trying to connect Claude with GoHighLevel sub account so that I can speak automations into existence, but it appears we only have the ability to toggle on "readonly" instead of "write".
This would be a game changing feature and save people hundreds of hours during account setup and ongoing maintenance of sub accounts!
I'm getting tired of manually creating workflow automations over here! (the built in ai inside workflow automations told me he cannot do that yet)

so many ways to do this, my claude and codex build all my workflows - go check GitHub for GHL mcps -- honestly Im getting to the point where why even use GHL its a bunch of broken parts and a ton of uanessacry stuff. Wont be long till I just build my own -- GHL is too frustrating and broken everywhere

I feel like if GHL doesn't solve this soon (like in the next few weeks) people will start looking for other alternatives. The space is evolving too fast to not have this capability already. I've been waiting 6 months+ for this feature and feel like it's already been 10 yrs! That's how fast this is moving!

Concur that a direct integration would be legendary. I see workarounds but seems security is lower with those than if we had a solid and secure integration.

All of you workflow automations can exist outside of GHL. You need to truly understand what you can do with Agentic AI. GHL is just the CRM for tracking leads and the like but you use supabase and railway and a custom configuration to have all of your workflows running outside of GHL. Using AI to create GHL workflows if vibe coding. Using AI to create and host the workflows outside of GHL is Agentic Engineering.

Having the ability to connect Claude (and OpenAI) to HighLevel to write would be life changing. For example, being able to have an agent populate the CSV in the proper format for bulk post upload into social planner would save so much time.

Rafat Fields use zernio and a custom external set up to do this. Zernio has so many other features that GHL does not have and then your Agent controls literally everything.

Bryan Calcott 0nmcp has over 100 integrations MCP to MCP and patent pending... I just looked at Zernio, it send social media messages. This is about real AI executing real API calls. I dont see anything that would be remotely worth a sub.

This should be 1# on top of the list, This entire CRM operates on automations and ai, But it takes alot of time to build complex automations, That would solve scalability so much

oriel mar set up your automations outside of GHL with Agentic Engineering. Once I found out that Claude could not write workflows inside go GHL I used convex to create agents with memory and a database to create the workflows and the triggers etc etc etc. Now we just use GHL for email sending and the essentially the dashboard so I can track where the leads are at in the workflows. GHL will be done soon as more people start to figure this out.

Probably shouldn't say this, but use Claude to login to GHL thru web sessions, there're already API end points to edit Workflows there.
No documentations, up to Claude/Codex figure out what to do, but it's been working for us (not always accurate since there are so many actions, you need to train it a bit on what you want, but doable).
This goes the same for Funnels and other features not exposed through official API.
