Need the ability to transfer a call from one user to another in the same sub account

Example: User A answers a phone call with a customer and the phone call was intended for User B or needs to be handled by User C - currently, the only option is to hang up with the customer and notify User B or C to call the customer back instead of placing the customer on a hold and transferring the call to ring for another user to answer
