When Automatic Receipts are enabled under Payments > Settings > Receipts, the receipt PDF is currently only sent to the purchaser's email address. There is no option to copy the receipt to a secondary email address automatically.

Requested Feature:

Add a CC and/or BCC field to the Automatic Receipts settings so that receipts can be simultaneously delivered to additional email addresses at the point of purchase — without requiring manual sending or third-party automation (e.g. Zapier).

Use Case:

When a client purchases via a funnel or checkout, we need the receipt to also be delivered to an accounting inbox (e.g. Xero's unique inbound email address) for automatic reconciliation. Currently this is not possible without building a webhook/Zapier workaround.

Benefit:

Reduces reliance on third-party automation tools for a basic accounting workflow

Enables seamless integration with accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB

Saves time for agencies and businesses managing client billing at scale
