Currently, we can attach a file to an email template. There is no way to remove it, so we can replace it with a new one. An example is for a recurring event - we want to send the attendee the ics so it appears on their calendar. We need a new one for each new event. Right now the only work around is to unsync the template and rebuild the automation module, which is a site more work than anybody wants.
