I want to not charge subaccount for their usage. Allow the agency to be billed for the subaccount's usage so that it streamline their monthly payment. I don't have fancy additions but only emails usage so it's a bit of a pain having to explain why I have to charge per email sent. I want to be able to just include it as part of their monthly fees.
