Add Adjustable Wait Time Between Manual Calls in Power Dialer

Right now, the Manual Call queue moves to the next contact immediately after finishing a call. It would be very useful if there was a setting to add a buffer (for example, 0, 1, 5, 15, 20 or 30 minutes) before the next contact is presented. This would give agents time to review notes, update CRM, or prepare for the next conversation.

It has a small wait time, when you can hit pause before going to the next one, but it would be better if it could be set to where you click a button to go to the next one when you are ready.
Someone also mentioned a wait once on the next contact, which would also be great, so that you can look up the next contact's notes to get some insight on them before starting the call.
In essence, where more than an automated dialer, it is a list that you work through, clicking next to go to the next contact, then click to make the call. Hubspot has this feature with tasks, where you can work through a list of tasks. If that feature would be added to the tasks, then this power dialer could be left as is for only power dialing, and tasks would be for follow up, but with a faster approach.

Yes! this would be so helpful. Having to pause after every single call is an extra step and most of the time we only need 15 extra seconds or so. Also a 15 second review time when a new contact is presented before the dialer starts the call would be helpful to review previous notes and be ready for the call with details about the last time we connected.

This is a great idea. I dont like that GHL dials immediately without giving me a chance to do some research on my prospect.
