Currently, the access to a saved audience is under the tab for Retargeting. This is confusing as a "retargeting list" can be different in how it is defined versus a custom list. Suggest we rename the tab to Saved Audiences or Custom Audiences. That way the language is consistent between the steps to create the custom audience and where to then apply that audience to your ad set. No where in the process of creating the audience does it use the term retargeting.. See screen shots
