We're a real estate wholesaling company in TX, MS, FL, and AL, and we use GoHighLevel as our main CRM. Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Groups are two of our biggest sources of buyers and sellers. Right now GHL can only post to Facebook Pages, so our team has to leave GHL and post to Marketplace and Groups by hand every day.
What we'd like added:
  1. Facebook Groups posting: pick one or more groups we belong to or manage, then schedule or publish posts to them from Social Planner, just like a Page post.
  2. Facebook Marketplace listings: create and publish Marketplace listings (property photos, price, description, location) from GHL, with the option to schedule or repost them.
  3. Lead capture: send Marketplace messages and Group comments/DMs into GHL Conversations so they automatically become contacts and can trigger workflows.
  4. Reporting: show reach and engagement for Group and Marketplace posts in Social Planner stats.
Why it matters: this would let us run all our marketing and follow-up from one place, save our team hours every week, and stop leads from slipping through when they come in outside the CRM. Many real estate, local service, and small business users depend on Groups and Marketplace, so a lot of other users would benefit too.
