For clients with existing Yext accounts, there isn’t a direct integration process into the HighLevel dashboard at this time. However, you can cancel the current Yext subscription and re-subscribe under your GoHighLevel sub-account to manage everything centrally.
If you’ve opened a ticket with Yext and haven’t received a response, I recommend following up directly with their support team for assistance in migrating the account. We understand the frustration and appreciate your patience.

my client has yext for 3 years now, and my request: I'd like to migrate their account over to my SaaS agency. I opened a ticket with yext over 2months ago. Had no reply whatsoever. Will cancel/ remove from yext and start a new subscription in the sub account.
