General all around hosting improvements

Would be great if there were more all around features for wordpress hosting. Some that I miss from other hosts include the following:
- Ability to Download Backups: It's great we get daily backups, but lame we can't download them. In WPEngine you had a button to request a zip of any backup. You wait a minute then you can download it. We need the ability to download backups directly from the hosting panel in someway.
- Ability to restore between WordPress environments. In some Sub Accounts I have multiple WordPress websites. I would like to be able to restore a back up from one website to another. In WPEngine it is easy to kind of migrate websites between instances of WordPress.
- More Granular Permissions: Would be nice to hide the Advanced Settings tab from certain users, or other tabs if i want.
- Dedicated hosting support: I'm sorry but the hosting support is not good. All good hosting providers have support staff that understand wordpress hosting, servers, etc. not people reading help articles that don't know the first thing about how website hosting works. I've just had the worst experience trying to get hosting support with GHL. Please just hire 5-10 people or whatever it is an dedicate them to wordpress hosting support. Also put WordPress as an option when requesting support. Currently you can't even request WordPress support directly.
- Media Integration: It would be cool if the WP Media library could be linked to a sub account somehow so you could pull images directly from GHL into WordPress and further have one place to manage all media stuff.

aklesh padhy My number one suggestion would be to sign up for an account on WPEngine as a secret shopper or whatever and give an honest comparison to GHL. It's not even close. Especially when it comes to support.
WPEngine support is hands down the best hosting support I have ever experienced. They are knowledable, able to solve problems, have technical expertise, understand hosting etc. Seriously, open up a WPEngine account and reach out to their support to test them on what they can help with. It's crazy how good their support is.
Unfortunately, I would rank GHL as the worst hosting support I have ever received. I don't think I've ever spoken to a person on teir one support who understands the first thing about hosting. You guys all just read support articles with out any knowledge whatsoever of WordPress or hosting.
