Actual Hosting support, not people reading random help articles

I've never used a hosting company where the support didn't know anything about hosting.
When contacting support for any hosting issue at all, it's clear they have no idea what they are talking about and are just reading from whatever articles you have on your website.
Zero technical knowledge, zero wordpress knowledge, zero hosting knowledge. It's unacceptable to offer a service like hosting and not have specialized support that can help customers.
I'm stuck sending emails and waiting 48 hours for a useless reply most of the time.
Hire and train some people that actually understand hosting and aren't reading of a script.

Richa Jindal This isn't related to a specific ticket number, but more so how hosting support is structured. You basically go to a general support line where the person you're talking to doesn't have hosting expertise.
Instead, when going to hosting support you should be put in touch with someone that has knowledge and expertise in hosting.
For example, I'm transitioning over from WPEngine and they have great hosting support. You can open a live chat with them and get someone who understands issues that can arise with wordpress hosting such as sites not transferring properly, critical site errors, etc.
I don't see why you can't hire support agents who specialize in hosting and have them handle all of those queries. Would be better for everyone all around.
