This is needed! Especially when you want a transparent navigation header section at the top overlaying a hero image section that is different on each page. It can be done with CSS and JavaScript but does not show in the designer, and only shows when you preview your changes.

Robert Cabeca, Z-index is the thing that allows you to stack elements on top of each other on a web page.
Think of Canva or Photoshop — when you’re designing something, every shape, image, or text box sits on a layer.
Each layer can be in front of or behind another one.
That’s exactly what z-index does in web design — it controls which layer appears on top.
It's the thing that makes designs like the (attached), possible. Every other website builder (Wix, Framer, and Webflow)has this feature
