Need to be able to create pages in funnels & websites with an expiry to promote offers, events (in-person or online - such as webinars) etc.
For ex. /home must be replaced by an offer-specific page for the duration of the offer or event.
This might introduce caching (or even SEO) issues, so being able to manage them beforehand will be good.

Use Case
: Restaurant menus
..when a restaurant has a separate menu for different occasions (i.e. Christmas menu), the page URL doesn't change and they don't need to login every time to swap links.
Likewise there are multiple use cases for a variety of businesses enabling them to promote their products, services or offers.

Yes, this would be a great feature.
Another variation that would be useful is having a time/date reveal for Sections/Rows/Elements so that you can pre-schedule event based banners/offers such as Black Friday, Christmas etc
Good suggestion

I have done this with the minute timer. I just have the page redirect to another url when it expires.

Yanick Webster This is about having a time-sensitive version for /home or any other page for that matter, without redirection. So when an offer or event expires, the customer gets shown the original page instead of the offer version.
