There are SO many things I run across when using the web builder every day that just seem as though they should already exist.
So many more options that should exist in terms of styling, CSS and that should be applicable to elements.... WITHOUT having to apply CSS coding to the custom code area.
How about the ability to simply COPY / PASTE containers or elements to a different part of your page (AND it should copy the FORMATING and STYLING along with it) or even other pages after taking a lot of time to adjust and style them... the template and global section feature is extremely buggy and sometimes doesn't work at all.... and the clone feature only works if you want to copy an element within the same container (and is very buggy) but not if you want to copy / paste an orange element (say a block of text) from one green section container to a different green section container. This should be possible, while retaining the styling. Currently you click "clone" then keep on clicking the little down arrow to move it down but eventually it just stops once you reach the bottom edge of the green section container. We should be able to click on an orange element, copy it to clipboard, place cursor WHEREVER we want it and PASTE it and it should look exactly the same.
What about the ability to SPLIT containers / cells? We are EXTREMELY limited in terms of layout, moving, copying, placing, splitting, etc. Nothing is fluid and it's all very archaic.
We need to be able to MERGE cells / containers as well.
the UI for elements on the sides are very convoluted and SLOW in terms of responsiveness. Things need to be more INTUITIVE and organized better instead of having to constantly scroll up and down these huge lists of options... I STILL get confused where certain styling options are located and half my time is just trying to find the option I'm looking for.
Why are we able to turn a "button" into an anchor link (which auto-scrolls you to an element further down the page for example when you click on it) yet we are NOT able to make a heading or sub-heading an anchor link? SO many little limitations like this that make no sense. Any element on the page should be able to be an anchor link.
Why can't we create image hotspots, where a certain selected portion of an image could be a clickable link? I remember being able to do that waaay back in the day (like 20 years ago) using Adobe Dreamweaver. :) I could just draw an odd shape on top of an image, then apply a hyperlink to it.
Also, on the form builder... There are so many limitations there and missing features, I'm afraid we'll have to move to Gravity forms or something else... I mean half the time the form doesn't even render properly when adding it to a web page and the amount of control we have over simple things like margin and padding and layout just makes no sense.
Our agency does white-label the GHL platform and so I'd NEVER share these limitations with our own clients, however, I don't feel like I have much of a leg left to stand on when it comes to promoting the in-platform builders (website, funnel, forms, etc) due to the extreme limitations and bugs.
I'm just being honest because after all your hard work creating this wonderful all in one platform, I feel that the GHL platform DESERVES better website, funnel, and form builders. This is the one area of the platform that is very weak compared to the rest. As it is now, we are looking to move to Square Space or Wix.

Good luck!
