Currently Tidio and other LIVEchat companies increased their subscriptions by 75%.
One of our clients was paying $56/mo. and they updated their subscription to $165/mo. You should make a toggle switch that allows AGENCY to resell LIVEchat as a PREMIUM feature while keeping the Text-based Webchat a FREEMIUM feature.
Options:
1.) Make it an upsell feature that can be configured in Saas Settings.
2.) And/or keep it a seperate feature Add-on that can be added and removed when creating and updating SaaS plans.
Because your team added Text-based and Livechat feature as one, it cant be upsold.
Now is a perfect opportunity for Agency Resellers and SaaS Agency users like ourselfs capitalize on these new industry updates for this feature!
