UI/UX design overhaul by a specialist

For example Apple’s user-centric philosophy and dedication to simplicity, aesthetics, and seamless user experiences make their UI/UX highly appealing to mainstream consumers. The intuitive interactions and uniformity across apps also promote ease of use. Apple’s design process focuses on the user’s needs and wants. Their minimalist visual style provides a clean look. Consistent UI results in familiarity for users across products.
For a new user its very confusing (doesnt have to be) so you end up getting more support calls.

UX/UI + Speed

This new 'design' is one of the worst abominations I have seen in the past 25 years as a web designer. By itself, it looks ok, but there is zero integration with the CRM.
Please, please hire a UX/UI team to IMPROVE (not just change a few colors and fonts here and there, offering zero improvements and several steps backwards) the ENTIRE CRM!
SPEED - please STOP adding bloat to the backend and skimping on infrastructure improvements! This is the slowest, by far, of any CRM and it endangers everyone's businesses!

Have you tried the new Conversations and Contacts UI that is in Labs? It is a lot better and faster than before.

While high level wins feature wise, they could take some inspiration from clickup / hubspot on design improvements.
