[PLEASE] Design Features (IMPORTANT) for Mobile Site Builder

This is really important to optimize the usability of the site builder, requiring fewer system resources and working smarter.
- We need a built-in feature to adjust padding and margins on mobile, without duplicating each section in the mobile version.
- We need to extend mobile padding and margin functionality across sections, rows and columns. We are currently FORCED to intervene on every single element.

I've noticed that too, mobile width is very hard to set, elements look too wide and padding does not always compress the columns.
