Global Styling on Website and Funnel Build!
planned

ES Team - Sherwin Buagas
We need to add Global Styling on website and funnel pages. I believe currently by default we do not have that in HighLevel . (We have to style each page using a styling editor, which is a time consuming.)
My team tried to played around doing a Global Styling using CSS, but it will be a challenge for our clients to edit each CSS code just to change the styling on that specific element for the entire site and funnel(also we do not recommend our clients to edit the custom css if possible).
If we can add this new feature to website and funnel then this will be a big help for all of us for all the websites and funnel pages we will be creating.
Thank you in advance! 😊🙏

Brand Board Colors Need SITE-WIDE ACCESS

Brand Boards are somewhat USELESS if they aren't accessible from the various color selectors during a site build. BRAND COLORS need to be default in every color picker window, site-wide.

✅ Site-wide custom colors

Let's say we use the template library to build a website. We edit the entire homepage, change some colors, add new ones—but when we move to the next page, we have to do it all over again...
✅ It would be much easier if custom colors were applied site-wide.
If we try to delete a color that's used on another page, there should be a warning.
Right now, the only practical way to use custom colors is by duplicating previous pages.
If custom colors were global, we could change a color on one page, and it would automatically update across the entire site.

If I update a color on the home page, the color does not change on the entire site.

I have been trying to find a work around also, having to implement the footer and nav bar on all new pages. So far only came up with, clone the page, or just save the elements and re-implement on new pages. However, maybe it would be best to just use WordPress to avoid this. That being said, I am loving the AI integration for quickly building new pages with professional layouts.

Currently, updating a brand color in the Brand Board does not update that color across existing funnel or website templates. Instead, we need to manually replace each color element in the editor — which defeats the purpose of having a centralized brand system.
Use case example:
We create reusable website templates for sub-accounts and want to quickly customize them by updating brand colors and fonts via the Brand Board. This would allow agencies and users to build scalable systems with true branding flexibility — without having to manually swap colors in every section of every page.
Issues:
👉🏼 Updating a "Custom color" creates a new color rather than replacing the existing one.
👉🏼 There’s no way to apply brand updates globally.
👉🏼 This makes the process cumbersome and inconsistent, especially when managing multiple templates or client accounts.
Feature request:
Make Brand Board color and font updates reflect automatically across all linked elements in funnels and websites — or provide an option to apply updates globally across a template. This would align with the expected behavior of modern design systems and dramatically improve workflow efficiency.

It baffles me why this hasn't been implemented from the start really. I do appreciate doing it in retrospect must be very difficult, however, If this isn't actioned in the next two months we will need to use the next holiday season to move the website out of GHL because this is affecting far more than just how the sites look.
The inability to make styles consistent has an affect on how the site is received in search too. Not to mention the time it takes to update even one style feature manually implementing custom styles on each page (Even Dreamweaver had a way round doing that!). I don't want to start the new year feeling like we are dragging a whole load of mess behind us.
We need css control at an account level (i'd argue the need for it at agency level if you run a similar system to us but I realise that could hold up the account level control so not asking for that at this stage).
Please can you give us an ETA on this? Kind regards, Billie.

Add custom values to color codes

I'm using a website template across multiple accounts and one of the main things that just need to be changed is the brand, so if you could make a custom value for color codes it would be really easy to change the brand colors across all pages and sections in one move.
