After loading a new tier SASS plan to an account... The linked snapshot completely wiped out the 25+ page customized website, all trigger link URL's, and the 40+ email templates they were linked to that were already running in automations... My heart dropped.

The only thing support could do was help me recover the website pages.

I had to spend hours with the client getting all their custom links that were saved in the trigger links because there was no way to revert it or recover them.

We need full sub-account backup, I mean everything, trigger links are huge.

This was a giant stress.

It'll never happen again... since now I know that even changing a plan tier WIPES the entire account off all customization, but damn a backup would have been so helpful.

Also, I have to TURN OFF customers being able to UPGRADE on their own not or else the freaking website will wipe itself and go back to square-1.
