Elementor v4 is now in Alpha and I think has many features that will be industry standard
  1. Atomic elements - just a few elements, not dozens of “prebuilt” clunky elements like the “testimonials” we have right now
  2. Fewer HTML divs per element. Right now, when you create a single element, like 3-4 divs are actually created in the HTML. This hurts SEO and performance
  3. Custom Classes Organizer - not just in the global CSS editor, but organized in a dropdown woth all the CSS classes to have easier time editing in the future
And many more features that will come after this
Not to mention the already existing features like Flexbox and CSS Grid that NEED to be implemented
