Hi - I'd like to request a feature. Several other booking software options out there (including Stripe) have the option where we can place a hold on a card rather than charge up front for a deposit.
I think it uses a different API (https://stripe.com/docs/charges/placing-a-hold) - but this would be a HUGE boost potentially for our clients, and I'm sure many others. They need the security of the up front deposit or something against the no shows without having to actually CHARGE them up front. We can then have clients communicate "We will put a hold on your card for $50, which will be charged and applied towards your treatment at the time of service, or as a no-show fee. Your card will not actually be charged until date of service."Being able to add that line, which we're all so programmed and used to in modern society, I think is going to be potentially MASSIVE.
