Change all logo colors in the logo showcase on websites. For example, you can make them all white with a click.

Are you talking about the Favicon?
Go to your website, then click on the settings tab, and there will be a place for "Favicon URL"
Upload your favicon to the media library, copy the URL, paste into website settings, save!
