Cannot Use Both www and Non-www for Pages

I’m an agency owner in the UK. My team and I have been using GoHighLevel for our clients, and we recently built our first website using the platform. Unfortunately, I’ve run into a major problem with how domains are handled, and I’m very disappointed.
It seems GoHighLevel only allows us to use either domain.com or www.domain.com for our pages, but not both. While the root domain (e.g., domain.com/ or www.domain.com/) works fine, pages like www.domain.com/page won’t work if we choose domain.com as the main version—and the same issue happens the other way around.
This is a basic feature for websites. Most users expect both domain.com and www.domain.com to work seamlessly, no matter what they’re browsing. It’s also important for SEO and general usability.
We’ve built a large website with over 100 pages, and this issue has left us in a difficult position. GoHighLevel support confirmed that there’s no way to fix this and we must pick one version.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll need to think about moving our websites to another platform. This is a dealbreaker for our business, as it’s something that every website platform should handle properly.
Please prioritise this fix as it’s a serious problem for agencies like mine.
Thank you,
Kartal

You should be able to fix this by adding a CNAME for www and pointing it at the root domain.

when you add a domain to the ghl, they ask if you also want to add the www version. you have to select the option. Does that not achieve the result you need?
