!! Ability for website visitors to Accept or Decline cookies

This was posted a while back and is still an issue!
"This feature to accept or decline cookies is common on most blogs - currently, cookies must be accepted no matter what if a website visitor comes to a blog powered by HighLevel.
In order to enhance compliance, please add a widget that can be inserted into a funnel/website/blog page as a popup in one corner of the screen which requests the website visitor to approve or deny cookies.
If approved, please activate all tracking scripts in Settings > Tracking Code otherwise do not run the tracking scripts."

You absolutely need a decline button and the setting so that you can turn off various cookies separately! By the way, the current cookie banner doesn't block anything at all, but is there as a dummy!

The new-ish cookie banner from Highlevel doesn't actually block any cookies based on user preferences nor can it be configured to do so... 🙃
So in its current form the cookie banner is more or less completely useless. I don't understand at all why they rolled it out like this in the first place.

Something GDPR compliant is urgently needed here!
I advise various highlevel agencies in the area of GDPR and this has always been a difficult topic so far, as there is no real way to integrate cookies (and other optional services) in a data protection-compliant manner.
Unfortunately, the current banner doesn't help at all. I would recommend doing thorough research beforehand to find out what the requirements are. Just accepting and rejecting is unfortunately not enough. You must also be able to give or withdraw your consent to individual services. In addition, the services must also be sufficiently described in the cookie banner so that the consent is compliant.
Highlevel actually needs to build a complete cookie consent solution here. Wouldn't it be much easier to allow external cookie banners? These are usually added to the page by script and then block scripts without consent. Unfortunately, this does not work at the moment because the scripts are executed in the body and still hot or header of the page.

to go one step further than simply acccept all or deny all, to be fully compliant (in the UK anyway), the widget should allow the visitor to customise what cookies they want to accept. e.g.
- necesarry cookies (they cant opt out of these as these are fundamental for the site to work)
- analytical cookies (which help reporting information on a website usage)
- marketing cookies (Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites to allow publishers to display relevant and engaging advertisements)
