No option available to add the knowledgebase for Voice AI's

There should be an option to add a knowledge base for AI agents, where all the company-related information can be stored for the AI to use. This would enable it to work more efficiently.

This is a HUGE!!! It would be great if we had the option to have a centralized knowledgeable that can be referenced by all of the AI.

If the knowledge base could be set up similar to what's in Conversation AI, that would be amazing.

This would be huge! The word limit on the prompt makes it difficult to fine tune the bots for more complex use cases.
