I hope not only for Agency Admins but also the account level (admin/users)

Yes, we need this! I'm an agency owner, and currently I added a user into my agency owned-subaccount and I cannot see the Ask AI chats in his user account where he build out my social media posts so I'm unable to currently view them. Additionally, I don't need him to be a user at my agency level and I want to have control at the sub-account level on granular permissions, not to give the same access across all sub-accounts.

GHL's current model forces a choice: full trust between everyone in a sub-account, or full isolation into separate sub-accounts (which multiplies cost and kills shared infrastructure). Brokerages, franchises, and any agency managing large teams all need the middle ground: shared infrastructure with complete privacy between users for all major components (Conversations, Templates, Campaigns, Social Posting, etc.). Granular permissions would unlock an entire tier of enterprise deployments that currently can't use GHL safely.
If you're running multi-user sub-accounts at scale, upvote this. You've either hit this dead-end already or you're about to.

There is a desperate need for more restrictions to user/employees accessing documents and Templates in the payment tab. They can currently delete operational documents and also see private documents from the agency owner. Also the financials and reporting needs more control. There should also be option to turn off the phone access to an user/employee. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/contacts/p/access-permissions-to-documents-contracts

Please, we need more granular permissions on the Agency level. At least to block the financials and the rebelling to keep the money private from employees
