Lockable Folder for Plain Text Email / SMS Templates
With Ability to create folders, ‘Lock’ email and sms templates (or whole folders for 'Templates’) if not an Admin, be able to Search Templates (for easy finding.. just like in workflows). Ability to Enable / Disable function to set permission what email / sms templates can be used in direct communication. Ability to see what templates are being used in which workflows (for easier management.
I have snapshots with preset plain text SMS / Email templates that are linked to workflows. 
I'd like to have an ability to organise these in folder for easy management (list of templates can otherwise get super long AND hard to find what email templates / sms templates pertain to what workflows..

Also I’d like the ability for these templates be disabled for single use (e.g. using template email to send to a contact manually)
USE CASE EXAMPLE: 
I have robust 'Reputation Management System' that handles net promoter score, gets feedback and helps generate more online reviews for Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor... 
For all that i have bunch of workflows, custom fields & values as well as SMS & Email Templates. 
It's critical I can keep the email / sms templates inside a dedicated folder and ideally have an ability to 'Lock' it (Just like it's possible with the folders for workflows. 
That way I can instal snapshots to sub accounts of my clients and keep things well organised (nothing worse the loading up snapshot to an existing snapshots.. that just makes things super messy)
And I don’t want to overwhelm my clients with super long list of email / sms templates in cases when they want to send manual message to someone… (not to mention the templates already being build for automated workflow use case only and should be reused for manual direct sending)
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Reason #1 = Reduce human errors
Well main cause if issue for clients is human errors (Messing around the system's preset stuff)
Reason #2 = Keep snapshots tidy and easy to understand when uploading new functions to existing snapshots (e.g. use case would be installing fully build webinar system in to existing snapshot and be able to clearly see what are the newly imported bits.
Reson #3 = The list of templates available for direct sending should only show ones that are relevant.
CURRENT ISSUES:
#1 Long list of templates (Mixed in with any use case templates making it messy)
#2 - Unable to lock templates from being able to edit by non admin users)
#3 - Templates are available for direct use even if they’re meant only for workflow use case.
#4 - Hard to find templates when list gets longer
CURRENT SOLUTION TO DISABLING ACCESS TO TEMPLATES (Not Great):
Disabling user permission for 'Marketing' in order to disallow them the access templates. But that's not great because it disables other functions like 'Social Planner' which I might want to keep included for access. 
And it doesn’t solve the issue with organisation needs.
IDEAL SOLUTION: 
#1 - Ability to create folders
#2 - Ability to ‘Lock’ email and sms templates (or whole folders for 'Templates’) if not an Admin
#3 - Search Template feature (for easy finding.. just like in workflows)
#4 - Enable / Disable function to set permission what email / sms templates can be used in direct communication
#5 - Ability to see what templates are being used in which workflows
